Best GPU for $300-$400?

Hey guys. Up until recently, I've been dead set on getting a gtx 760. However, there is a possibility that I may have a little bit more money for my gpu then I expected. Thus, I am curious as to what you all think is the best gpu for the 300-400 dollars. I will be powering this monitor: http://www.frys.com/product/7530256?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG
I plan on playing pretty demanding games like FC3 and the Witcher 3 at 1080p. Any recommendations are appreciated :).

Thanks for including the links SNA3. I'm thinking the 770 is the way to go. Just to help me make a more educated decision, do you have an idea of how much of an increase in performance I'm getting for the extra 100 dollars in comparison to the 760?
