Rumors.. are people using fm2 APU can support dual graphics to 7750..
Is this card can be dual graphics to richland APU also?

These are only rumours. There is no confirmation from any reliable sources.
I would not suggest you invest in it unless you have money to spare on plan on using the HD7730 in another way if it does not work.
