Also if you could go through and make sure everything is good. It seems to be to me, but I'm not positive. It would be my first build, have been going through a few different choices.

I know PC builder says less, but California has online purchase sales tax.

It'll all work although I personally wouldn't get a Rosewill PSU others will recommend them (I'd get a corsair CX500). You don't need a copy of windows though? What do you plan on using for your OS?
