For mini-ITX, I'll profess to be a fan of the Bitfenix Prodigy which although not a typical HTPC type case does accept standard ATX PSU's (up to 160mm length) and has room for even the most aggressive of air coolers - this vid by Bitfenix may be helpful http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cKIsrwS3fX4 to explain the case and building in it

I've come across this case: http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Mini-ITX-enclosure-Pico... ,It says 65 watts TDP but it has got dual 40mm fan mounts.

As long as you use a good cooler and the case has good airflow you should be fine.

As for PSU, What sort of wattage do I need for the APU + an SSD + (Still Deciding - Standard HDD)?

I will be running the APU at default stock and want to perhaps be able to support a dedicated gpu in the future?

430 w should be overkill if your thinking of adding a gpu use a 600w unit.

My problem being that I'm trying to keep it compact enough to fit in a Mini ITX Case.

Wait if I was to sell my old gaming rig in order to fund this pc as have a new gaming rig. My old gaming rigs specifications are: CPU: Phenom X4 9550, 4GB 800Mhz DDR2, Astek Motherboard with 4 DDR2 Slots and 1x PCIE X 16, 2x PCI Slots, Mid Tower Clear Side with Blue Leds, 2x 120mm, 1x 80mm. How much you reckon I'd get for them specifications in pounds if I was to sell the pc whole?
