Now i need a new GPU and a MOBO i know but i don't know cuz if a get a new MOBO will my HDD work it's SATA 2 and the mobo is SATA 3 :(

A GPU will work cuz im planing to get AMD Radeon 7750 1 GB DDR5 MSI OC V2, i need a good mobo for OC-ing the CPU price range 60 $

go for the GPU first then upgrade the mobo, cpu and RAM later on. if you could get a new PSU, go and by it together with a new GPU. I'll suggest an HD 7770 in that case. but if you really cant afford a PSU and your budget is for a 7750 only, then go for it. you can play modern games probably in low to low-medium.
