how can i install OS from a USB on this mobo

You need to ensure that your USB device is capable of being booted from this is a good procedure http://www.maximumpc.com/article/howtos/how_to_install_windows_7_beta_a_usb_key you then need to put the OS onto the usb device the data files not the ISO file. While your system is booting their should be some text that says press del for setup and press f11 or f12 for boot menu. When you see that press the F key that corresponds to the boot menu. Then select the USB device. This procedure only works for WIN 6, 7, 8 not XP. If the device does not show up in the boot menu double check your bios settings and see if you need to turn on boot from USB or something like that. I downloaded your manual but it is not very good and does not provide very much information. I cannot envision that your MB is incapable of booting from USB because I have not seen an MB built in the last 4 years that cannot boot from usb.
