I recommend asus M5A97evo2.0 if you will not run multiple video cards for gaming. I researched extensively the info available and since I am an engineer was able to weigh all attributes before making my investment. This Asus is a robust mobo with serious power supply hardware for CPU. I own one with FX-6300 and have already OC'd my fx to 4,8Ghz @ verified stability levels. I run 212EVO air cooler on CPU since I need a robust system and liquid cooling in my view isn't such. Get yourself a good computer case with excess of filtered clean air coming in vs exhausted and you will never have any dust accumulation on internal parts. I live in Europe, so I decided to get single voltage power supply form Corsair - VX550. So far it powers my rig quite well in spite of 36 deg, August weather outside.
BTW, I do like MSI having owned my previous computer (Athlon64 3200+) since 2004, which served me extremely well. However, having read a lot on the current FX/mobo topics it became clear that asus appears to be far more dedicated to AMD enthusiast market than MSI. Incidentally, I also considered Gigabyte with their many versions of UD however I was not convinced of their robustness with many reported tidbits of net info telling me that many users have problems with them.
