I'm building a new gaming PC with a gtx 760 (or ifiI can afford one a gtx 670)
But I would like to use an i5-3470. Would that be too weak, and should I go for a i5-3570 (I'm not over clocking)

More about : 3470 bottleneck gtx 760

An intel i5 3470 will be bottlenecekd by a 4way SLI Titan setup, maybe. It is an strong processor, with a very nice stock frequency, and an even better solid Turbo core clock. For gaming there“s nothing better that you can buy. If you really want a step over that processor, the 3570k will be the only serious choice, only because the overclockability of that processor. At stock it will be just the same as a i5 3470.
