device driver help

hi, can someone please help me get device driver for Toshiba qosmio f60 the device that I cant get a driver for is PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_E230&SUBSYS_00011179&REV_01 I have searched and searched but cant get it from anywhere.

Here's the driver page, would start w/ the BIOS, make sure current,

After BIOS believe the PCI driver would fall under the Intel Chipset SW Installation Utility download
