High pitched noise coming from radiator?

Hello, I have a thermaltake performer 2.0 and noise a high pitch noise coming from it. I thought it was the fans, but after briefly unplugging the fans AND the pump, I still hear the noise coming from the radiator area. Is it possible for the radiator itself to be making a noise?

A radiator is just a lump of metal like any heatsink, it alone wouldn't cause noise.
My guess is something is putting vibrations to the case, and either the radiator fins or something in that area are whats letting off the noise. Maybe try unplugging your HDD's and turning the system on, or any other source of vibration.

The noise is definitely coming from top of the back of the case. I just got some new fans so I will see what happens when they come in, and see if the fins on the radiator are dirty or something.
