Which motherboard for overclocking amd 8320 or 8350

hello
im finally getting my build ready for my new gaming rig but i am stuck on two choices

i can get amdfx 8320 and a £100ish motherboard or
amd fx 8350 and a £70 ish motherboard
I want to overclock so this is what my build looks like at the moment
so my options are
coolermaster 212 evo £27
ddram (not sure ) 8gb £50-60
gpu- powercolor myst radeon 7870 2gb £156
seagate barrucuda 1tb £48
Corsai 600 w bronze but theres a modular and non modular, what the difference

The fx 8350 is better for overclocking with this motherboard (more than 70 pounds):

thats too expensive lol

wouldnt a 8350 with a £70 not be better then
8320 with gigabyte 990fx motherboard with coolermaster 212evo? or is that cooler better..

hmm what about
gigabyte 990fx with 8350 overclocked.. is it worth the money compared to 8320 overclocked and i would have to buy a cooler still. That link to linustech didnt clear anything..still confused

From what I saw gigabyte makes good boards so I think it's a good option.
You can go with like an AMD FX 6350 BE and have a bit more headroom in terms of price for the MBO

Just make sure the motherboard supports that CPU

its refurbed the corsair 100h so is that a problem
