im running a hp home media center m8530f it has AMD Phenom(tm) 9550 Quad-Core Processor, 2200 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s), and a nvidia 9300 ge, i got like 100 bucks to spend on a new graphics card any ideas on what would be best? and then i was also told that i need a new processor, do i need a whole new computer or is there a way to fix it with the tower i have?

Personally I would get a build/buy a brand new computer. That thing is pretty old and slow.

Without a power supply upgrade the most powerful card available is the AMD HD7750, it's no powerhouse by current standards but then again it's better than the pocket calculator currently installed 
i do have a 400w power supply my old one fried soo i had to get a new one if that helps any
