I've been looking for a good PC build for few days. I'm complete beginner and I've never built a PC before so I did some searching on this forum and found this build:

I have 700 euros budget and this seems to fit it pretty good and I think it's one of the best builds you can get with this budget? Will this PC be able to run pretty demanding games such as BF3, CoDs, maybe Watch Dogs and The Last of Us? If it is, how well?

How well? Can I play with medium settings with over 40fps?
I've budget of 700$ and I'm not sure if I can make it any bigger. What do u mean with I can get a cheaper one? Like what?
