My first ever build, Help!

Ok so far i know the parts i want can u guys tell me if anything is wrong or if anything is overpriced i live in hong kong so i might not have the best stuff, like a noctua fan and stuff. The budget is not my main concern, performance is. i know i probably wont notice the performance level between a lower level gpu or cpu, but i have decided so please dont suggest any others unless there is a critical problem.

1st question-are these part compatible with each other and are they over priced?
i7 4770k =2850 hkd (367.36 usd)
asus maximus vi extreme = 3980 hkd (513.02 usd)
asus gtx 780 = 5890 hkd (759.22 usd)
corsair dominator platinum 8gb x2=1280 hkd (164.99 usd)
samsung 840 250gb ssd = 1350 hkd (174.01 usd)
WD 1tb 7200rpm (red) = 630 hkd (81.21 usd) (i dont really know if i should get black or just 2 ssds or even hybrid drive)
for got to add the case - cooler master cosmos ii - about 1500-2000 hkd not sure yet (around 200 usd)

2nd question-which fan should i get?
-i dont want a water cooling as this is my first ever build.
-there is no noctua or thermaltake in hk from what i heard the main brand in hk is zalmon, are they good at cpu cooling???
-suggest any fan that has high efficiency, i dont really care about the noise.

3rd question- what power supply should i get?
-i plan on doing over clocking and adding maybe another 780 in there in a few months so would 850w be enough for now? at least suggest ones with 80% and gold doesnt matter about the price, (if ur pc only needs let say 600w, if u have a 1500 would t affect anything or does it not matter)

I would save some money and stick with a 4670k Cpu if your main concern is gaming. Same with the 780, I'd drop down to a 770. This will allow you to SLI for a lot cheaper in the future. If you are going to be spending that much money, opt for the Samsung 840 Pro if it's available. Since it's your storage drive, I'd also stick with the Blue instead of Black series from WD. Also, I'd probably get an Asus Z87-Pro motherboard instead of the Maximus. Overclocking on the Haswell series isn't as good as it was on the Ivy Bridge series. I'm not really familiar with many of the Zalman cooling options, so can't help you there.

PSU: get an 850W Gold rated PSU from these brands only: Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, XFX
Cooler: Do u get Cooler Master there? Then the Hyper 212 EVO is a very good cooler
also as u said if budget isn't a concern i would suggest go SLI 770 now instead of 780

i assume i can get the CM cpu cooler as i can order the Cosmos II, the cooler would be enough to handle some OC right? and i just checked 212 evo does not support lga1150 but the 212x does, is that a good cooler? and i dont think 850w would be enough for sli and OCing if i am gaming and everything is maxed would the ax 1200i be good? and also as stated does the extra power from the psu matter even when my pc is on idle, like if it only needs 100w when im not doing anything on it, would a 1200w psu matter or does it damage some parts im not sure about all the power shit.

the Hyper EVO does fit LGA1150 cuz the socket's cooler pins are same as LGA1155
no not all are made by Seasonic, Seasonic make thier own (obviously), everything in XFX is made by Seasonic, Corsair some models are made by Seasonic and some are not, and not really sure about Antec

on a completely different note is those V series on CM good? and if not what is THE ONE BEST (performance not noise) cooler in CM
