Which CPU Cooler Better For Overclocking?

Solution
I would still advise a higher end cooler for that chip - of the 3 you listed the Dark Knight is your better bet by performance and quiet. the 212 was great with Ivy and below, but just not so capable with Haswell

or d) none of the above

haswell is a very different beast to cool than ivy bridge - especially when overclocking. The ones you listed above are "ok" coolers - but not recommended for OC performance on Haswell chips.

Please read this to full understand: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-heat-sink-haswell,3554.html

Even some "top end" coolers for ivy bridge didn't do so well for Haswell. So you can extrapolate how "ok" coolers would do

Read that article - go to your favorite shop

Case cooling is a variable, as even the best cooler is useless if it is not being fed cool air, so good call on that. But case cooling alone will not turn a mediocre level cooler into a super cooler.

I actually might not even overclock my computer since it has a Nvida Geforce GTX 760 2gb EVGA Superclocked w/ acx cooling. So i think i might be fine when playing games without need of a overclock.
