Dell Dimension 8400

I have a dell dimension 8400...god help me. I want to upgrade my graphics card to at least 1gig is this possible with what have as standard. Also what graphics card would you recommend for some light use and running games like minecraft and simulators and recording games.

It has a 16x pci-e slot and a 350w PSU you could drop in a HD7750 or even a HD7770. Anything bigger would require a new PSu and the old P4 would be a bottleneck aswell(it may even bottleneck a HD7770).
