I get really bad artifacting when ever I boot up my computer or leave it idle for too long. They eventually go away after like 5 minutes of just browsing the internet or playing games but it is really bothering me. I was almost 100% positive it was my video card so I got a replacement on the card and I'm still getting the same problem. What else could be causing this?!?!!?
EDIT: I am using a EVGA GTX 480, Seasonic 630W PSU, Core 2 Quad 2.83GHZ CPU, GIGABYTE LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard
I have updated Graphics Drivers and the GPU runs at about 45 C but when I'm playing games it can go up to 60 C
