Opinion on gaming PC build

This is the first computer that I'll be building I would like some opinions on this build. In terms of performance I hope to play games like Skyrim and upcoming titles (BF4). In addition, I would like to keep the price around or under $1000

You don't need 620W for this build. But a modular 550W Seasonic PSU would be nice:
