I'am about to apply the termal paste for my cpu fan so I can test my new pc out, but my cpu fan has 4 screws. Is it better to do one screw at a time or do all screws a little bit at a time

(sorry for the bad English, but I hope its understandable)

M.v.g,
Jelle

You fully screw the screws from opposite sides but remember not to much. Then do the other sides.

Oke thnx for the reply, How long does it take to be able to test it, maybe because it needs to dry or something.

You don't have to make it dry, apply the thermal paste spread it on the top of the CPU then apply the heatsink fan.

Usually you just do it right away. But just stay on the safe side and wait 5 minutes.
