Black Ops 2: Frame rate getting worse

Hi. My game of Black Ops 2 seems to be getting worse frame rate wise and it's a problem across all 3 modes: Single Player, Multi Player and Zombies. It doesn't seem to be anything related to lag as my ping is constantly low. I'm also pretty sure it has nothing to do with CPU bottlenecking, but if it helps, I seem to get getting random stutters in other games as well; where the game would freeze for around a second. I have also tried reverting GPU drivers however did not help towards finding a solution.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5 2500k (3.3GHz)
GPU: Nvidia GTX560 - 320.49 Drivers
RAM: 8GB (1600MHz)
PSU: 750W
Audio Card: ASUS Xonar DX

I cannot get into the computer at the moment so I couldn't tell you what PSU it was. Though I know I have a ASROCK Z68 Pro3 mobo and I always check if there are updates to my BIOS and for drivers so I know I have the latest.

WOW, it's been about 2 months and I have only now found the solution.

It seems the problem was that there wasn't enough space on my SSD. (Though i'm not sure why my SSD was the problem when the game is on my HDD.) As I have a 60GB SSD, I would of encountered problems at some point anyway. After clearing out and saving some space, the game seems to be running fine now.
I think it's time for my to invest in a bigger SSD!

How do I move my temp and cache files to my HDD?
