I am having a hard time understanding if I am running at base or boost speed. For Gpu clock it shows me this:

1137/1189 MHz
I have the gigabyte gtx 770 4gb oc edition.
My question: Is my gpu running at boost speed or base speed? And should I oc my boost speed more? If so by how much?
