okay so here is the deal. I have my computer in another room and running cables through the wall where my desk is. Also I am running a usb 3.0 hub (Anker 7 Port USB 3.0 hub) to where my desk is. Everything working fine. (1 week ago) I upgraded my computers mother board and CPU (Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-UP4 and a AMD FM2 A10-6800K). When I finished that reinstalled windows downloaded all the drivers. Now a week later my hub stopped recognizing my Razee Deathadder 3500dpi edition or any of my other mouses. Any help would be good.

More Info:

Solution
make sure you have the proper gigabyte usb3.0 drivers installed. i know there are a lot of weird usb 3.0 driver issues in windows 7 and 8, sounds like a driver issue.

is the computer recognising ANYTHING connected to the hub? is it even recognising the hub?

I have installed Etron USB 3.0 drivers and amd 3.0 drivers. All the devices seem to be recognized by the hub but the mouses.

if you plug the mouse directly into the computer do you have the same problem?

No if I plug it into a USB 2.0 port anywhere on the PC it works fine. The mouse stopped working when I plugged in my iPhone to the hub to charge the the entire hub like shut down and then all the devices started coming back on one at a time except for the mouse

is the iphone still plugged into the hub? cause there is a certain amount of power a hub can push through.

Wow thanks dude. So since you told me that I started up the computer and plugged in every device into the hub on at a time an determined that after the third USB nothing will work. So I am going to return the 7 port hub and get two- four part hubs so it will split the power. Thanks again.
