Recommend me a CPU cooler

Hi all, I have an i7 860 CPU equipped with stock cooler. As lately I'm getting really annoyed by its excessive noise during load however, I've decided to get a better cooler. But what is a good one? I came across this roundup, but most of them seem to be unavailable nowadays. So I was wondering if the community could recommend me something.

Budget: $50
Case: CM Centurion 590
RAM: non low profile
Temperature vs noise: I'm currently not looking to overclock, so I'm really looking for a quiet cooler, not nesessarily the coolest one.

Any sort of help is greatly appreciated!

I am having difficulties finding the max CPU cooler height on that case.

If that case can support coolers up to 161mm in height, though, this will be about the quietest thing you can find:

It might not play well with your non low-profile RAM, but you can mount it so the fan exhaust is upwards, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Honestly, though, any of the popular aftermarket coolers will probably be much quieter than your stock fan:
