This is the best card for your PC. It will work on your power supply, do not pay attention to 400 watt requirement, it uses only 55 watt.
With your processor and this card you can play BF3 and Crysis 3 on low settings for sure, if not medium.

your pc has a pci-e slot. that said i just saw your case needs a low profile gpu. sorry didn't realize that... your chosen card will work, a low profile 6670 or 7750 are both too expensive and out of your budget. my apologies for confusing the discussion. get your low profile card.
