So i am going to be building a new PC soon and i am just planning on building it without the GPU currently until is sell my current PC and get whatever is around $600.

No MICROCENTER please

I am going to be overclocking the CPU to over 4.2Ghz.

I chose the RAM because Haswell is made to run faster ram and i think 2133 is plenty for editing.

I am most likely going to be getting either a GTX 770/780 all depending on what i can sell my current PC for.

I want opinions if this will be able to handle editing ok and with the possible GPUs i selected that i should be able to handle 1080p with a 144hz monitor without to many fps spikes.

I will have my OS and Sony vegas on my SSD and everything else on the HDD.

The h100i i am going to try to run a push/pull config and the 750watt PSU is just a safety and i can pick a new one off my buddy for around $30 less.

I want a motherboard that will be capable of a good OC and plenty of ports so i dont run out of SATA or any usb 3 ports.

So please leave all your opinions i want the build i have listed below no higher than $1200 so you are free to post the builds you want my only wants are:
INTEL
Fractal Case
2133 RAM
Closed loop Cooler
everything else is up to change so post all recommendations, thanks!

You don't need an h110 or even watercooling to get it up to 4.2. If you really want closed loop get an antec 620. It will get you up to 4.2.

Please don't waste money on 2133 ram, it's extremely overpriced. It has less than 2% difference in editing and gaming. Buy g skill 1600 sticks and overclock it to 1833 if you want. You don't need a 750w psu, 500w will be enough. Try the corsair cx500, it's under $50 IIRC and is 80plus bronze. The fractal cases are good for noise, not cooling. You're going to be running a big Gpu and a watercooling system, don't get a fractal.

The 2133 ram is only $20 more than the 1600

I already listed that I was getting the 750watt at a good deal

I prefer corsair for closed loop, I'm going as high as I can

What case would you recommend for a full size case?

You said youre getting the psu for $30 less than retail, so that's about $85, save $35on your psu and go buy more crap memory ;D
