Coolermaster 412s vs Refurbed Corsair h100i

Hi
i am building new pc for gaming but am stuck on buying a cooler because i want to oc to about 4+ ghz at safe temps
cpu- Amd 8320
gpu- Radeon hd powercolor myst 2gb
Mobo- gigabyte 990fx u3
ddram- corsair 8 gb (2*4gb) Vengence 1600mhz
storage- 1tb seagate barracuda
Psu- Corsair 600w Bronze

Then there is the cooling

what do you all think cause i know the corsair 100h is better but it is refurbished..so i am confused

There isn't even a question here once you look at test results. BUT - beware! This is with H100 on maximum which output 45db! so there is a trade off here Closed loop is often thought to be a godsend to OCers, but in reality, most closed loop coolers perform worse, or in rare cases, only as well as upper end air coolers. as you see in the results when compared to a Noctua DH-14

either way, for budget price vs. performance, you would be better off with a 212 EVO than the 412s. And if you are going to spend a chunk on an H100, you are better off getting Noctua or a Thermaright Silver Arrow (not in comparison but matches/silghtly better than Noctua)
