I have a gigabyte 7850 GPU and I get a "no signal" on startup, now if I disconnect power from GPU, and plug the HDMI cable int my motherboard for video I get my windows login screen. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I using a 24 inch vizio tv with an HDMI cable. I have an ASrock Z75 Pro3 Mobo with a Corsair 430 watt PSU.

I can't install the graphics drivers because when I disconnect the power to the GPU Catalyst doens't pick up with card. And when it is connected I dont get a screen from either the GPU or the motherboard graphics.

your psu is pretty small, i know my 7770 + phii x4 965be (both overclocked) is right up against the limits of what my psu can do, and my psu is about the same size as yours. You gpu is...

Does it boot in safe mode? What else are you running? 430 is VERY small.

that said your bios should be detecting your gpu and defaulting to it, not letting yo to get graphics even if you plug a monitor into the mb. Which makes me think its a dead gpu.
