I got hacked and I managed to format my hdd and remove all the partitions through a windows install cd. What I ended up with was 232.9 GB of unallocated space on drive 0. I cannot format this any further.Is this the right amount of space on my 250gb hdd or is the hard drive still hacked?

its normal for actual hdd space to be less than the label. the 250gb includes the necessary space required for the drive to function.
