Will the Cooler master hyper 212 EVO work with my i5-4670k(haswell) processor?

If not, is there another equally priced aftermarket cpu cooler that will work?

Yes, it will work fine. I just installed a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo on my I7-4770K Haswell build a few weeks ago, and I love it. It fits socket 1150 motherboards fine.
