2 arade sticks and 1 pc

Hi, i was just wondering if i had 2 arcade stick controls and connect them to the pc can i play 2 player on the 1 pc with my friends or is it just 1 player. i would like to know this for the following: street fighter 4, street fighter 4 arcade edition, mortal kombat arcade collection, latest mortal kombat, street fighter x tekken, and also any other fighting games.
any answer would be much appreciated

I'm not sure, since it would depend entirely on the software (aka game). I have several games that can have 2 or even more control imputing at once for different players. Hopefully some one acquainted with those games can tell you if they support multiple arcade sticks.
