Is These PSUs Compatible with these builds?

I created 2 new build (on paper) and was wondering, will these PSUs, SeaSonic M12ii 750w and a SeaSonic S12ii 620w work with both builds? My main concern is the amperes though, don't really know how much would be needed in total.

First Build Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS Z87 Sabertooth
CPU: Intel i5 4670K
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 770 OC 3GB
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 1600C9 (8GB=2x4GB)
CPU Cooler: CORSAIR H100i
HDD: Western Digital Black Cavier 1TB x2
SDD: Intel 180GB series 335
Optical Drive: SAMSUNG 24X SATA DVDRW
Case: CORSAIR Vengeance C70
Monitor: ASUS 21.5” VS228N LED

Second Build Specs:
Motherboard: MSi Z87 G45 Gaming
CPU: Intel i5 4670K
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 770 OC
RAM: G.Skill RipJaw-X 1866 CL9 (8GB=2x4GB)
CPU Cooler: CORSAIR H100i
HDD: Western Digital Black Cavier 1TB
HDD 2: Western Digital Black Cavier 500GB
SDD: Intel 180GB series 335
Optical Drive: SAMSUNG 24X SATA DVDRW
Case: CORSAIR Vengeance C70
Monitor: ASUS 21.5” VS228N LED
