Fx6300 and Asrock 970 Extreme4

Will i need to bios flash/chipset flash this mobo for the processor to work with it?
This is what i've purchased:

According to asrock, Bios ver. of p2.10 or higher is required to run a FX 6300

And what is the bios version on the one I have ordered? Is it compatible?

Or wil I only know when it is delivered?

You could also ask your retailer, if this mobo would support a fx cpu out of the box.

Your mobo would most likely be a 2013 version, so I believe you won't need a BIOS update.
