i am planning to build a new gaming pc that should last atleast for next 2 years

Processor: I7 3770k (i went with 3rd gen cuz 4th gen doesn't perform as good as 3rd gen in gaming.
Motherboard: MSI Z77 Mpower
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: details-MSI Geforce GTX770 TF 2GB DDR5
Case: CM Storm Scout 2
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-750TXV2UK 750 Watts
Hard Drive: WD Caviar WD2002FAEX 2tb
Solid State Drive: Corsair Neutron GTX Series 120 GB SSD
Mouse: Roccat Kone XTD Max Customization
Keyboard: Roccat Isku Illuminated
Headset: Razer Carcharias Headset


Is this a good build ? or else any suggestions please suggest me guys

oh thanks surely i will consider your reply , and do u have any suggestion 3rd gen i7 vs 4th gen i7 i.e i7 3770k or i7 4770k which would be better i think 3770k is better in terms of gaming what you guyz think?

Practically no difference between 3770 and 4770.
