friend how can i disable network internet connected in LAN without disabling lan connection ?

which service affects internet connection ?
My college PC are connected by LAN with 2 Routers

I don't have authority to touch routers but can i make other PC unable to connect so that i can get full speed of internet

Not without physically disconnecting them or logging into the routers.

Also, two routers on the same network is a recipe for pain unless one is only being used as a switch/WAP. Multiple DHCP servers is bad.

Also, do people know that you're doing this? I doubt they'd agree, and if they found out you could be in trouble.

Dude its not like that i am the in charge from student that students don't use illegal sites or don't download anything
so suggest me how to access router ? i really don't know that

haha dude its not like that i have authority to do that and i confirmed with college hardware admin to make this and ya he said yes

So ask him for the passwords to the routers, or get him to log you in.

Your story has changed a lot from being 'i can get full speed of internet' to 'students don't use illegal sites or don't download anything'

There's nothing you can do short of adding rules in the router's config, at least if you want them to still have network access.
