This is the best build for your budget. It is a beast in gaming for that price. The 7850 is a very good GPU, so it would handle games just fine. Also, i added the CPU Cooler so that you can overclock this thing to get better performance. So here is the best rig for 500 dollars :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($79.29 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ Outlet PC)
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard ($56.00 @ Amazon)
Memory: PNY 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($57.99 @ Best Buy)...
That build will work but it is not a good build. I mean it can barely play games at 720p medium-high which is not good for gaming.

Will you please tell your budget? I am sure that I would be able to pick a better build for you for similar price. Also do you live in Canada? I assumed that from your name. Correct me if i am wrong.
