My Rosewill RNX-N150G wireless USB adapter has been disconnecting from my wireless network very frequently. While running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit this adapter worked very well, rarely disconnecting, however after upgrading to Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit the adapter has been almost constantly dropping connection on a frequency of once every few minutes. This is very frustrating. I made sure to install the Windows 8 edition of the driver. Sometimes Windows will act as if the adapter was disconnected while other times it will just disconnect from the network. I would appreciate help solving this issue. Thanks in advance.

One thing I've noticed is that when the connection is dropped occasionally I'll find this event in the event log:

"A timeout occurred while waiting for the EHCI host controller Interrupt on Async Advance Doorbell response"

Also, my connection is more likely to drop during heavy internet use. For example while downloading large files this event is more prone to occur.
