im going to build my first desktop for gaming and work. I really want this computer to be perfect :)

SPECS:
cpu: i5 3570k
mobo: asus p8z77-v lx or asrock z77 pro4
ram: kingston HYPERX BEAST 2 X 4 GB DDR3-1600
hard drive: WESTERN DIGITAL 2TB green
SDD: SANDISK ULTRA PLUS 128 GB
case: aerocool xpredator x1 white edition
graphics card: sapphire hd 7870 ghz edition
psu: corsair cx 750w 80plus

I have some doubts:
- since im not doing overclock, is asus 18z77-v lx good or should i get asrock z77 pro4?
- is sapphire hd 7870 good or should i get another gpu? what is the best gpu i can get until 170 euros? im going to buy all components in pixmania pro btw.

http://www.pixmania-pro.com/componente-placa-grafica/ptpt4_9_103_772_xx_xx_xx.html?sPageInfo=4_30&sSortInfo=price-asc

- will my pc become too hot? im not going to overclock cpu. the graphics card i may try once but nothing special. will i need extra fans or liquid cooling?

- last but not least, a 650w psu is enough or should i get a 750w psu? i want a corsair psu btw.

help would be appreciated :)

All is looking good, think I'd go Asus, woould look for a cooler, Hyper 212 EVO $35 is one of the best out there, rates uo to a H100 liquid cooler, if in the budget might look to 1866/8 or 9 DRAM for a boost, and with the 3570K you prob will end up OCing, evn if only a little (will keep you happier longer with the capabilities, do you have/need an OS

what about the graphics card and the power suply?
i think i would stay with the stock cpu cooler cus i dont want to OC the cpu. i will only OC one or two times the graphics card but just 1 or 2 times believe it.

thx, i changed my mind and im going to buy Hyper 212 EVO cpu fan.
one last question: as I already said, im going to OC a few times the graphics card. i've heard that asrock z77 pro4 is a better mobo for OC than asus p8z77-v lx. so what mobo should i get? i dont mind about the price

First of all, Great cooler ! Between the two I've never noticed a difference, if anything the Asus is a bit better, they may be thinking of the Rock's Z77 EXTREME 4 rather than the Pro4, I'run the Z77 EX4 (in my sig and it's great, more expensive, but for the features would have to decide if the higher cost is justified over the Asus, which will OC well also

hum, well the asrock z77 ex4 mobo is not available in the store where im going to buy all the components.
anyway i saw another good mobo's:
MSI B75A-G43 GAMING- only 1 euro more.
ASROCK FATAL1TY Z77 PERFORMANCE- 13 euros more.

is asrock falalyty worth for 13euros more or the asus pp8z77-v lx will be enough?

ram: patriot viper 3 series 4x2gb 1600mhz
mobo: asus p8z77-v lx or asrock fatal1ly z77 performance
gpu: sapphire hd 7870 OC ghz edition
cooler: CM Hyper 212 EVO
case: aerocool xpredator x1 white edition
psu: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 - 650 W
SDD: SANDISK ULTRA PLUS 128GB

Not positive if it will help, but I only build on Asus, the Rock and GB...I find them to be the 3 best manufacturers for quality, features, QC and support....Of the three, in this day and age of slower system sales (desktop), the Rock and GB continue to have sales increases, Asus has dipped a little to these two, and the other brands continue to spiral downhill...i.e. MSI was top three for years but were passed by the rock in either 2010-11, and still is dropping, EVGA used to be a big player, think they are down to less than 10 mobos total in the market....hope it helps!
