Hi, I have a HP Pavilion p6-2002uk and is it worth it to upgrade the cpu from AMD E2-3200 2.4GHz dual core to AMD A6-3650 2.6GHz quad core. The Quad core CPU amazon link is:

It will cost me £54.69. If I upgrade the CPU I will also have to upgrade the Power Pack from 300 watts to 400 watts.
The cpu usage is quite high a lot of the time too and the system can be quite slow and unresponsive at times.
Also both processors will also work with my motherboard.
