The Gigabyte or the MSI would be my choice's. I have 2 of the 4Gb Gigabyte 770's.

Probably the MSI, followed closely by the Gigabyte. Both are similarly clocked, and both have great cooling.

I would also choose the Gigabyte or MSI version.
If you have a small case, though, the EVGA may be a better choice since it's shorter.

i give u advice , stay away from EVGA , it has terrible cooling , i tried 3 cards from EVGA , and all the same how ever i have a very good cooling system and air flow , it hits 83 C under full load and if u continue play it may reach 87C
===
my opinion is Gigabyte or msi , they have the best cooling system

They are all great and will perform very similarly.
Msi, evga or gigabyte one. Pick the one that matches your color scheme the best. (im serious )
You can't go wrong with either of the 3.
But, if you will be overclocking it is a different story. I would go gigabyte if you are overclocking.

You probably got one of their blower coolers. They are bad. but the linked one is actually very good in terms of cooling performance.

i was having EVGA 560 DS ssc , and EVGA 660 ti Superclocked , and 680 Super clocked ,
all the same , reach 85 C in full load , now i got The ASUS GTX 770 Direct Cu II , its perfect , and never go above 73C
