Here would be a nice build upgrade http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1jdgV this also lends you the ability to upgrade to a new AMD FX 8350 or the upcoming Steamroller FX platform. It also has a much more powerful GTX 650ti with boost that is highly recommended and a Hyper 212 EVO to overclock and heavily reduce the temperatures of your current 965BE CPU. By the way, what is your case and perhaps could I have a fully-detailed system specification?

I have the antec 900 as a case.

Not too sure what you mean by fully detailed system spec.
the mobo is GA-MA790x-UD4P
the ram is i have no idea. just generic 4GB (got most of the parts from a friends old build)
GPU is nvidia geforce 8800 GTS 512
Monitor is a 32" Toshiba TV 1360x768 res
corsiar 750 tx psu

The parts linked should be a great upgrade, the overclocked 965BE CPU is good enough until you can upgrade to a new FX8350. The GTX 650ti should utterly destroy the 8800GTS in performance.
