What do you think of these two gaming rigs?

Hello, currently, I am exploring my options in creating the ultimate gaming, multimedia, editing, developing PC. I am only 13, so lots of schoolwork will be involved to. Anyway, right now I am looking at using THREE of these monitors:(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236313)
all in 1080p (5620x1080 I think) My goal is for this PC to run almost any game, including Crysis 3 at MAXIMUM settings with a good 60+ FPS. Here is my build:

CPU: i7-3570k
MOBO: ASUS Rampage IV Extreme
GPU: 3-Way SLI GeForce GTX 780's (3GB)
RAM: 16GB 1866Mhz Corsair Vengeance
PSU: 1200W Corsair AX1200i
Case: NZXT 810 Switch

It is definitely on the expensive side, so is there anything I can cut back on if it is good enough (BESIDES RAM)?

Thanks! Also, anyone know a desk that will hold this machine, the monitors, and a bunch of Logitech surround sound speakers + mouse + keyboard?

Dayum. I built my first pc at 12 but triple monitors, damn you are rich.

Honestly you have no need for 3 780s, even if you are doing video editing. You're only 13 so I don't see you doing any serious animation/rendering work, but for the record if you are into that stuff a 7970 would be a better bet.

You don't need 1866 RAM, I think you need to do your research and learn about price/performance and how RAM speed makes no difference.

Finally, those monitors are overkill. even pro gamers use 2ms monitors, simply because they are cheaper and don't sacrifice quality for response speed

Here's something I whipped up.

Honestly, if I were you I'd just buy a single gpu rig and save the rest for when you really need it, but kids gotta have it all these days.

My budget for the computer, operating system, and peripherals is 6,000. Plus monitors, a desk, and a chair the total budget is 8,000.

I was told that I would need 3 780's in order to play Crysis 3 on max settings on 3 monitors. What is your opinion on 3 monitors vs 2? (Obviously I'd use 1 for gaming and the other for multitasking.
