I generally recommend Seasonic PSU above all other brand name, but if you are working with a budget, then consider a Corsair PSU instead since they generally go on sale more often than Seasonic PSU and they may have a mail-in rebate. Corsair PSUs are manufactured by either Seasonic or Channelwell Tech (CWT) depending on the specific model. CWT's overall quality is pretty good though.

I'd start with the 3570K, could go the 4670K slightly newer, also a little more expensive, and would suggest saving as much as can towards the GPU, add ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 mobo (maybe best GP Gaming mobo out there, Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler, 8 GB Gskill 1866/CL9 Sniper DRAM, prob about a 600 Seasonic PSU unless going or thinking SLI/XFire

Would agree go with a i5 3570K. The difference in performance between a i5 3570K and a i5 4670K is so little it all really comes down to price. The real difference is the better igpu built into the i5 4670K so if you are using a dedicated GPU get the cheaper i5 3570K and a good GPU.
