Anything I should change? I'm slightly concerned that my PSU isn't going to have enough capacity but then I'm not sure. Also, I may be looking into 16GB of RAM before I buy everything, so any suggestions on a good 16GB RAM module would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not concerned with saving money on GPU, but I am hoping to get the best performance out of the entire rig together, with my GTX 770 being sort of a "baseline" for what the other stuff needs to keep up with. Whats the difference between 4670k and 3570k? I've seen nothing but great reviews for the 3570k and it is supposed to be a good CPU for overclocking, which I hope to do to get about 4.4 ghz (hence, water cooling).
