Can I run skyrim maxed out and any mod with these stats?

Here are the stats:


Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS.

Video Card: ASUS GTX650TI-O-1GD5 GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card.

Power Supply: Rosewill Stallion Series RD600 600W ATX12V V2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX.

RAM: CORSAIR XMS 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMX8GX3M1A1600C11.

Hard Drive: 1TB.

DVD Burner: ASUS DVD Burner.

You can, depending on the mods, but you'd not get 60FPS.

Tom's review (nearly a year old, so driver updates are already out) shows the 650Ti getting 46FPs min (FXAA, not MSAA). Some cosmetic hardly affect performance Guards Uniform for one example is very very light while others can bring even solid systems down.

Note, the review used in Intel CPU, but you should be alright anyways. Personally, I'd spend a bit more on either the GPU or GPU and CPU. (the 7850 / 660 non-TI) both get 68FPS minimum, very good alternatives.

Edit: I noticed your RAM is C11 timings. Look for ones that are C9. It might not be a huge difference, but it's the better chips.
