any performance difference between these coolers?

Both are exceptionally good coolers, but there are a few differences. The corsair is water cooled, whereas the noctua is an air cooling cooler. If you have a small/cramped case with bad airflow, I would recommend the corsair exhausting through the top. Also, the corsair can be installed on the roof, which allows you to use tall ram and have more space for things, but the noctua is mounted directly on the mobo, and it is massive.
