Hey fellas...
So I have a old HP p6774y with Phenom X4 840T UATX that I'm looking
to strip out and replace it with these components...

>GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565
$59.99
>OS: Windows 8 64bit full
$110
>AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286
$132

I have Antec 620Watt HCG-620M.
GTX 650 TI Boost SC 2GB.
Recycle my 6 GB DDR3 , HD (reformat), fans and case.

I selected that MB because it's the same dimensions as the HP UATX.

Will that Antec be sufficient. Any other suggestions to do this on a budget around $350.
Or if it's possible with that case. I figure hold on to it a few years upgrade the CPU.
And in the future rebuild. Just want BF4 and ARMA 3 to run smooth on high to ultra settings.

Any help appreciated...

The PSU will be sufficient for that setup, try this for a better setup :

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ Outlet PC)
Motherboard: ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($59.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.73 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $324.68

Hey Angaddev,

So switching it out with these parts should be fine eventhough the dimensions are smaller?
ASRock 9.6" x 7.8" Vs old HP 9.6" X9.6" and the power pin that I have is 20+4 so I can just use the 24 pin slot on the ASRock with the Antec. 20+4 means that just split off but can still be used on the 24 pin? It's taking some time to learn the tech terms and how they are applied otherwise $324 is a great price.

I just noticed that the ASRock has 2 x 240-pin DIMM but I only have 3 x2GB memory cards. Another suggestion maybe...

You can use a 20+4 with the 24 pin. You can use two of the three dimms you have. As for the motherboard,
