Strange Ram Issues

I finished a custom PC and I have a unknown issue. I have 2x2GB Ram Sticks from Samsung and when both are in the computer, it gets errors. Ex Blue Screen of Death, and Freezing. Although when one stick is inserted it runs fine. Its really starting to get on my nerves.
My motherboard is a: MSI 790GX-G65

Have you updated the motherBord bios??? If it old it can be missing newer code for the newer low power ram. If flashing the bios to the newest code does not help try upping the dram voltage to 1.5 v.

Also what sticks, the actual model #, Samsung has a ton of sticks out there, also the CPU and mobo, can't really provide help when don't know what we are working with
