No significant difference between the two. There is no point buying a 4770k. In fact all your stuff can be very well managed by an i5 3570k or a 4670k. Use the money saved for a better graphics card.

Performance wise you could probably flip a coin.
.. One advantage of the 3770k is that it normally may be able to OC to a higher level - Somewhat dependent on luck of draw on cpu and mb.
.. Biggest advantage of 4770k, only about 10% performance gain (probably would not even notice, is the added features of the MB:
.. Increased Sata III ports (but less sata II ports)
.. Increased USB3 ports
.. Increased PCI-e lanes
.. Added HDMI in - NOTE not all Haswell MB will support this.
.. Improved iDGP - NOT a issue for gaming as you will use the dGPU. But could have improved video/photoshop performance depending on if quick sync is imployed (Not sure).
Unknowns
.. Audio and Lan chipsets probably upgraded

Even if your PC is 5 years old an 3570k is worth an upgrade. Don't underestimate its power. i7 has to offer multi threading in addition to i5 which won't be used unless you are rendering. Still if you want to go with i7 there won't be much of a price difference between the 3770k and 4770k so buy the latest. Pair it up with MSI z87 M power or z87-GD65.

Rendering is different. Video editing is different. 3570k and your video card will easily handle all types of photo and HD video editing you want to do. Gaming and editing do not utilize much of the multi threading technology. So no use of i7. In case you want to do rendering, go for 3770k.
