as always some game will be exception (like Crysis 3 or The Witcher 2 with Uber Sampling) but the card should be able to handle most of the game available right now with ease at 1080p. and yes it will easily fit in the case you mention above

Generally, the more the better. You'll probably see a some better performance with the four over the two but it might not be worth the price difference

if you don't like noise go get the one with AIB custom cooler. the extra $10 are really worth for the quiet fan and better cooling. and for 250 i don't think there is a card can beat 760 for price vs performance. 760 is much faster than 660 Ti and 7950 that usually cost around 300
