Samsung 840 pro series question

I just bought the samsung 840 pro SSD and cloned my existing drive with the software it came with however I can't get it to boot directly from the SSD...I just checked the Samsung website and there are no drivers for it besides the magician and the data migration software...any advice?

You won't need a special driver for the 840 pro to work. Are you getting a "no boot device" type error or does it fail while trying to actually boot to Windows?

Its as if the drive doesn't exist...however it has the clone of windows on it

I would recommend doing a fresh install on the SSD instead of clone. It avoids many problems.

I'd unplug the hdd, put ssd on first sata port, boot to windows cd and do a boot repair.
